With this vegetable cutter, there is no need for tedious prep. Prep is fun now! I like this convenient little thing very much. It is a multi-functional will not take up space. There is also an egg white separator on it, which is a great idea.
It is quite convenient to use. After this, there is no need for a kitchen knife for shredding and slicing. It is still quite labor-saving. I usually like to cook by myself, but sometimes I need to shred or something to cut unevenly. Don't worry about this.
From finely diced onions to perfectly sliced tomatoes and julienned carrots, this tool has it all.
I expect I will find myself using it more and more in my everyday cooking prep as I retrain myself with my new tool. (Just too used to grabbing a knife and cutting board and going at it.)
